8011 bottle sealing foil is divided into cast rolling and hot rolling. Fe and Si elements are added to this kind of aluminum foil, and its performance is better than that of pure aluminum foil. 8011-H18 is mainly for stamping shallow caps. 8011 H16 foil is mainly for wine and medical caps. For meeting the requirements of different caps, its production process is slightly different.

As one of the popular 8 series aluminum foil, 8021 aluminum foil is widely used for food packaging. It has good plasticity, which can be processed into good shapes. It has wide application in bottle cap, food container, soft battery pack,etc. What are the differences between 8011 and 8021?

It can be seen that 8011 aluminum foil contains Mn and Mg elements while 8021 aluminium foil does not have them, so the strength and corrosion resistance of 8011 aluminum foil are higher than those of 8021 aluminum foil.

Different specific uses

As an aluminum foil raw material, their specific application fields are different. 8021 aluminum foil is suitable for bottle caps that require better deep drawing performance, and 8011 aluminum foil is often used in yogurt caps and other places.

8011 aluminum foil has high strength, but the elongation and puncture resistance in the same state are lower than 8021 aluminum foil. In drug packaging, the aluminum foil on the back of the capsule drug board is mostly 8021 aluminum foil, while the blister packaging usually chooses 8021 and 8079 foil.

8011 aluminum foil is of wider application and cheaper price than those of 8021 aluminum foil roll. 8011 aluminum foil is widely used in many fields such as pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, food container, tape foil, cable foil, bottle cap material,air conditioner foil, etc. 8021 foil is mostly used in the packaging of lithium battery soft-pack aluminum-plastic film and blister packaging.
