Aluminum foil 1100, 3003 and 8011 with tempers of O, H22, H24 and H26. 1100 aluminum foil has the characteristics of high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good formability and certain strength.
3003 aluminum foil has better strength. It mainly has good formability. The structure and properties of Haomei aluminum foil must be uniform, with few metallurgical defects and small anisotropy. At the same time, it requires high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness and good flatness.
8011 aluminum foil for air conditioner is added with Al-Fe-Si element, the tensile strength is 125~165, the yield strength is 110, and the elongation is 2-5. It is usually used as bottle cap material ( wine bottle caps, cosmetic bottle caps, beverage bottle caps), pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, air conditioner foil and industrial aluminum foil.
