The production process of anode foil is - refined aluminum smelting→casting→sawing→ingot milling→heating-hot rolling→cold rolling→edge trimming→(intermediate annealing)→foil rolling→(stretching and straightening)→(oil cleaning)→shearing→ (vacuum finished product annealing) → rewinding → inspection → anode foil.
The production process of cathode foil is smelting→rolling coil→cold rolling→edge trimming→intermediate annealing→cold rolling→foil rolling and slitting→inspection, packaging→cathode foil.
The main production equipment of electronic aluminum foil includes melting furnace, holding furnace, on-line refining, casting machine, casting and rolling machine, ingot sawing machine, milling unit, ingot heating furnace, hot rolling unit, cold rolling unit, aluminum foil rolling mill, shearing unit , cleaning unit, rewinding unit and vacuum protective gas annealing furnace, etc.
Due to the small size of electronic aluminum foil products, the melting furnace group and casting machine are usually selected at about 30t, the hot rolling mill is generally about 1600mm, and the width of the cold rolling mill and aluminum foil rolling mill is about 1450mm.
The production of electronic aluminum foil is a precision processing process, and the product quality has an important relationship with the control of the process and the advanced level of equipment.
