In order to control the thickness of aluminum foil during rolling, the actual thickness of aluminum foil during rolling must be accurately and quickly measured, and the thickness deviation must be timely controlled and corrected according to the measurement results to obtain the minimum thickness of aluminum foil.

In the production process, the parameters of the rollers affect the surface gloss of the aluminum foil mainly in two aspects: the roughness of the rollers and the grinding wheel for grinding the rollers. Due to the characteristics of aluminum foil rolling, the gloss of the aluminum foil in the rolling direction will be higher than the gloss value in the perpendicular rolling direction.
