8021 aluminum foil is our best selling products. The aluminum foil thickness is 0.006mm-0.2mm, and the width can be controlled at 100-1600mm according to customer requirements. It is mainly used in food packaging and battery soft pack. It has excellent moisture resistance, shading and extremely high barrier ability.
8021 aluminum foil has undergone a number of tests such as bacteria and mold in the production process. The content of heavy metals should not exceed 0.25 parts per million to ensure that the finished product is non-toxic, tasteless, safe and hygienic. Therefore, 8021 aluminum foil is often used as medicinal aluminum foil, aluminum foil packaging, household aluminum foil,etc.

1. Cooking aluminum foil: It is mainly used for cooking in the kitchen. 8021 aluminum foil is an opaque packaging material. It is a good packaging material for products that need to be protected from sunlight such as margarine.
2. Pharmaceutical packaging: 8021 aluminum foil has excellent electrical conductivity and light-shielding properties, high moisture resistance, gas barrier properties and odor retention properties, which can block any gas, water vapor and light, and can effectively protect the packaged objects.
The medicine blister package made of it has the advantages of good protection performance, small storage space, low cost, light weight and convenient carrying, and is one of the widely used medicine packaging forms at present.
3. Square and cylindrical lithium-ion battery shells are mainly made of hard shells such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel, while the shells of soft packs are made of aluminum-plastic film.
Lithium-ion battery soft-pack aluminum-plastic film generally uses 8021 aluminum foil and 8079 aluminum foil. In the three-layer structure of the aluminum-plastic composite film, the aluminum foil is used as the intermediate layer, which mainly prevents the infiltration of water vapor from the outside of the battery and prevents the leakage of the internal electrolyte.
1. 8011 aluminum foil contains Mn and Mg elements while 8021 aluminum foil does not contain these two elements, so the strength and corrosion resistance of 8011 aluminum foil are higher than 8021 aluminum foil.
2. Aluminum foil 8011 has high strength, but the corresponding elongation and puncture resistance in the same temper are lower than that of 8021 aluminum foil. Therefore, in drug packaging, the aluminum foil on the back of drug board is mostly 8021 aluminum foil. 8021 aluminum foil and 8079 aluminum foil are mostly used for blister packaging.
3. Aluminum foil 8011 is of wider applications, which can be used in s pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, container foil, tape foil, cable foil, bottle cap material,etc. 8021 aluminum foil is relatively expensive and is mostly used for battery soft pack and pharmaceutical packaging.
