1000 aluminum foils include 1235, 1070,1100, 1060 and 1050 Al foil. 1 series alloy is a pure aluminum alloy with an aluminum content of not less than 99.00%. Its characteristics are: low strength, good hot and cold processing performance, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. Work hardening is the only way to strengthen. As an aluminum foil roll, it is generally used for industrial purposes.

Aluminum foil for cable shielding mainly plays a protective role for cables. Commonly used aluminum foil alloys for cables are: 1235, 8011, 1100, 1050, 1060 alloy aluminum, which are light in weight, flexible, suitable for various wires and cables, and have good corrosion resistance.

The positive electrode consists of positive electrode current collector, high temperature tape, positive electrode matrix and positive electrode material. The positive current collector is an alloy foil of about 0.1mm of 1070, 1060, 1235, 1230, 1100, 8011, 1N30, 3003, etc. The most commonly used alloys are 1235, 1070, 1100, and 3003 alloys because of their high strength.

The thickness of the battery aluminum foil is generally 0.010mm-0.015mm. The cathode current collector aluminum foil of high-end power batteries has a high technical content. The mainstream thickness specification of aluminum foil for current collectors is 10-20μm, and some battery manufacturers use 8μm. The future direction is to continue to thin, possibly even to 6μm.
