What is 1235 aluminum foil

It is an aluminum foil with an aluminum content of not less than 99.35%. It is widely used in cables, tapes, batteries, household foil, container foil and pharmaceutical foil because of its excellent mechanical properties such as elongation and tensile strength, excellent anti-rust properties, formability and weldability.

Features of 1235 aluminum paper

1. As one of the pure aluminum foils, it has good anti-rust performance, formability, and solubility. It is not deformed by cutting and has good printing effect.

2. Through lamination, printing, adhesive and other processes, 1235 aluminum foil has the characteristics of good heat insulation, strong adhesion, anti-aging and so on.

3. 1235 aluminum foil is oil-free, uniform in color and gloss, and of less pinholes, good product shape, no visible rolling marks, no pits and no pinholes.

Applications

1. Cable foil: 1235-O aluminum foil, thickness is 0.006-0.04 mm. Processing method: After being processed with plastic, it will be processed into narrow strip. The end use is to wrap weak wires for shielding.

2. Aluminum foil for capacitors: 1235-O aluminum foil, thickness is 0.0045-0.009 mm. The end use is electronic capacitors.

3. Battery aluminium foil: 1235-H18 aluminum foil, thickness is 0.012-0.035 mm. The end use is for lithium-ion battery current collector materials.

4. Tape foil: 1235-O aluminum foil, thickness is 0.01-0.05 mm. It can be used for various electronic products such as various transformers, mobile phones, computers, PDAs, PDPs, LED monitors, notebook computers, copiers, etc. , where electromagnetic shielding is required.
